People who work daily and spend daily they run the informal economy. Informal Economy is part of any economy that is neither taxed nor monitored by any form of government.Developing countries like India, Bangladesh, poor people don’t use the bank account or sometimes they don’t have it. Government of the country should pay them. So, Where they can make survive.

           Firstly, government need to make sure about liquidity Continuously flow into the market. However, It will very much helpful for the small business to generate the revenue and even for the government not to print more cash. In this pandemic situation people try to save and hold money and this is how money stop flow into market.

          Secondly, it is very much important to provide loan to Micro, Small, and Medium size business without interest. Small and medium scale business help to run the economy and they can use that money wisely with very minimum risk. Even the small businessman does not know how to still bank money or do fraud. Even they scare from the law. On the other hand, big businesses and multinational companies they know how to manipulate the accounts.

          Moreover, I know there is some risk to provide interest free loan to small business and banks might go bankrupt. Because of there is some risk to default the loan but I think the default loan may be minimum and if government assure to the bank to look after the default loan then it will be  help for the businesses, Banks, and Nation. Government should try to create new different types of funnel to help the businesses.

          In last, Spain already allocate 100billion EURO as a loan guarantee. what does it mean? It mean government don’t have to spend 100billion EURO. They have to spend what they are not expecting to payback. Small business people are much much honest than big giants. I believe that banks don’t  have to0 much loose and might they lose 5-10% of their capital then government pay them or find other ways to compensate the value.

          To run the operation commercial business need electricity. As we know commercial place consume more electricity than other. And it is very hard to pay the electricity bill for the small and medium size business when economy is not performing well. Seems like, It will help to save the working capital for the small business and end of the day it will help to create more employment and less unemployment.

Like schools, hospital, Organisations, corporate sector. Companies who make alcohol they can easily make Sanitiser, PVC Manufacturing company can make Protective gear. This is how governments can take help from country for country. 

5 Partner with the Religious Institutions for Food Operations

            Country like India it is easy to find a religious  institution  and NGOs. Some of the organisation like ISKON temple, Sikh Gurudwara they are working internationally.  Whoever are working in the religious institution they are working as volunteers. In just Delhi, INDIAIskon  providing meal for 2,00,000 people every day. Different state of the India  has different  religious institution  who can help to provide meal to the people. Same like that different countries can find those institutions and make a partnership with them and help tp the citizen of the country.

1. Mask - to cover the face and stop to transfer the virus from one person to other person
2. Nasal Swabs - need more and more nasal swabs to collect the viral sample. 
3. Extraction Kit - to extract the genetic material of the viral.
4. Chemical Reagent - to actually test the COVID-19.
5. Trained Manpower -  to apply the test.

          This is not like measles which happens once in the life. If the virus affect you once.   in the life then there is the chance  to happen again. It is very important to be careful.

           Just because of staying away from the COVID-19 people need to wash the hand regularly. It is the human nature to keep the water tap on while washing hand. If one person wash their hand 10 times in a day by wasting 2 litter  of water. It means 1 person using 20 litter of water just washing their hand. If they have 5 member in family then they used 100 litter of water just in 1 day. we can imagine how much water is people using every day just to wash their hand. It dose seems like Corona crisis will lead water crisis in future. YES, it is very important to wash the hand on regular basis but everyone should have to be careful while using the water.

          At this moment governments and private schools are closed. Government can use that property as a shelter for those who are moving from city to city or from state to state. Even government can convert them into hospitals to look after the more COVID-19 patient. Country like India have 1.3 billion people. It is very important to look after them and convince them to follow the rules.
